Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management for a paid internship. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
– Support employee onboarding and training programs.
– Maintain HR records and assist in payroll processing.
– Participate in employee relations activities and help resolve workplace issues.
– Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
