🌿 We’re Hiring: AITeC Farm Agronomist 🌿
Join our dynamic team and take charge of agronomic excellence at AITeC Farm!
We’re seeking a passionate Agronomist to work at our farm. The agronomist will be responsible for crop planning, irrigation & fertigation, pest management, data analysis, and team mentorship across our open field plots, net house & orchards.
Qualifications
- 3 Years of Experience in a similar position – Must
- Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, Crop science, crop production, or related field- Must
- Experience with Pressurized irrigation – Added advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced computer skills – Must
- Good interpersonal communication
- Proficiency in English and Swahili – Must
