Position: B2B Mobile Product & Business Development Specialist

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business Administration.
• 3 years of experience in product management in the telecom industry.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and regularly update sales collateral for all Mobile products, including product presentations, competitive pricing, product briefs, and product specification documentation.
• Develop training material for users of B2B Mobile products.
• Implement best regional quality assurance practices.
• Monitor performance through regular reporting to ensure visibility of Mobile product performance.
• Monitor key KPIs including ARPA, ARPL, Churn, Active Base, and new links/customers.
• Suggest initiatives for improving customer experience and consequently improving revenue.
• Manage the functionality and pilot testing for new/potential B2B Mobile products.
• Design and implement the quality assurance checklist for new products and services.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet time constraints.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
