What you will be doing
Search, recruit and place a pool of effective social media influencers.
• Be consistently friendly and communicative as you engage with talents.
• Support and assist, when necessary, the recruitment of other roles across the
agency.
• Scheduling online calls with the Campaign Manager
• Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels.
• Keep track of communication with talents.
• Manage a talent pool to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or
future brand opportunities.
• Work closely with the marketing department to match up suitable talents for the specific brand campaigns.

Requirements
Strong digital marketing knowledge and experience as a Campaign Associate
• Experience working with English speaking markets
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• A highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail, analytical
and project management skills, and can work independently within a team focused
organization
• Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline and detailed oriented environment
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to keep up with high-volume recruiting.
• Good decision-making abilities and decisiveness.

• Familiar with Tiktok International Influencers and trends
