AML Finance Limited seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Credit Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in recruiting eligible clients, analyzing loan applications, and ensuring the provision of quality loans that maximize company profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit qualified clients through marketing and sales processes.
• Analyze loan applications to ensure compliance with AML’s credit policies and credit analysis standards.
• Prepare and conduct due diligence for loan applications in line with AML’s credit policies.
• Meet performance targets for loan portfolio growth and profitability.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports, including delinquency and risk reports.
• Ensure effective loan recovery with support from the recovery department.
• Promote AML’s brand and values through excellent customer service and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A university degree or diploma in Business Management or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in banking or microfinance.
• Proficiency in lending, marketing, and financial analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent report-writing skills and attention to detail.
• Result-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work in a team.
• Proficiency in computer applications is an added advantage.
