1. Position Overview: Customer Experience Executive

Flex is seeking a Customer Experience Executive to join the CEE department to drive more sales, enhance customer engagement, and support prospecting efforts. This role requires an enthusiastic and energetic individual who is willing to go above and beyond to close sales successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of sales activities and progress.
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve product development and service delivery.
  • Continuously improve personal performance through training, feedback, and goal setting.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve results.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Flex, representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Develop innovative ways to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Flex’s products, services, and value propositions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Computer Science or related field.
  • Graduates with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
