Basic Job Functions
• World class Customer assistance and Support to ensure customer delight
• Relationship management with customers, follow up and collecting feedback
• Compliance and policy adherence to ensure standard operations
• Maintain high confidentiality of customer information
• Reports and Administrative functions.
Job Qualification & Experience
• Diploma in any related field
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Experience in handling customers queries, is an added advantage

• Possess analytical and reporting skills
• Good problem analysis and solving skills
• High emotional intelligence
