DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing farming activities, overseeing planting, irrigation, harvesting, and crop maintenance to optimize yield and quality.
• Monitoring crop health, inspecting fields for pests and diseases, implementing control measures, and maintaining healthy sugarcane growth.
• Evaluates for maintaining the condition of the Farm Equipment and supply of required Chemicals / Fertilizers to provide economical yield ensuring the efficient utilization of various inputs.
• Inspects the farm blocks and Out grower fields Confirms with the work done quality and find a solution to the problems encounters. Requisitions equipment and materials or subsequent day operations and Approves work schedules.
• Risk management, Addressing fire hazards, security concerns, and environmental risks.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• Bachelor degree in agriculture production/agronomy/agriculture general
• At least 5 years proven working experience in sugarcane crop management
• Applicants must have NIDA &TIN
• Applicants must have an introduction letter from local government and two referee letters.
