We are looking for a Female Accountant (1post)
Females aged between 19 -24 years. fluent in English & Kiswahili.
Should Reside in Arusha.
Responsibilities:
Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Analyze financial data and identify trends to support informed business decisions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.
Prepare tax returns and maintain communication with tax authorities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
Perform internal controls and reconcile discrepancies.
Communicate effectively with colleagues from various departments regarding financial matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Adv).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
