Vacancy: General Manager Swala Camp

Location: Tarangire National Park

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
More than 5 years Lodge Management.
Solid technical working knowledge of operations both front and back of house
Food and Beverage knowledge
High standards of service excellence and a passion for the industry
Attention to detail
Financial Management ability
A developmental approach of staff, motivating and inspiring.
An awareness of developments within the food and lodge industries, as well as international trends in hospitality.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power point
Excellent English
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Excellent attention to details.
