On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Head of Nursery who will be responsible to do the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the nursery school, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners.
• Develop and implement educational programs that meet the highest standards of early childhood education.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of nursery staff.
• Foster strong relationships with parents and the wider community, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
• Monitor and assess student progress, implementing strategies to support individual learning needs.
• Manage the nursery’s budget and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with other school leaders to ensure continuity and consistency across all levels of education.
• Work as a consultant prior to full-time employment, familiarizing with the school’s systems and contributing to the planning for the next academic year.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 4+ years of experience as a Head of Nursery or similar leadership role in a reputable nursery school.
• Strong track record of success in early childhood education, with a focus on delivering high-quality learning experiences.
• Experience working with diverse communities, with a commitment to inclusive education.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with parents, staff, and the wider community.
• Creative, independent, and results-driven, with a proven ability to showcase achievements through tangible evidence.
