The Institute of Directors in Tanzania (IoDT) seeks a highly skilled Head of Operations (HOO) to join our leadership team.
In this pivotal role, you will:
• Oversee daily operations and drive efficiency.
• Lead and develop the operations team.
• Translate strategic goals into operational objectives.
• Implement systems & processes for continuous improvement.
• Mentor and inspire employees.

• 7+ years of experience in operations management?
• A proven track record in leading teams and driving process improvement?
