HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join our school community. The HR Manager will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for building and scaling HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and culture development.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law or related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) will be an added advantage.
2. 3+ years of HR experience needed in the managerial role, preferably in educational setting.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of Tanzanian Labor laws and safety regulations, proficiency in HRIS systems, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
4. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
5. High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information.
6. Strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving skills

7. A love for reading books will be an added advantage
