We are looking for well-rounded IT managers who will be responsible for overseeing our technology operations. This includes ensuring that our digital presence is impactful, our systems are reliable, and our IT infrastructure supports our business growth. The ideal candidate must have experience in IT maintenance, graphic design, social media, and web development.
Responsibilities:
IT Systems Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
– Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems like servers, networks, and hardware.
– Ensure strict execution of data security and backup protocols.
– Provide timely technical support to staff and resolve IT problems efficiently without impacting the business.
Graphic Design:
– Create creative graphics for online and offline marketing communications consistent with Mawe Lodges’ brand message.
– Prepare promotional materials such as brochures, banners, and social media visuals.
Social Media Management:
– Maintain and upgrade social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter for Mawe Lodges.
– Develop and execute social media plans to enhance user activity and brand presence.
– Stay updated with current social media trends and modify tactics as needed.
Web Development and Management:
– Develop, manage, and maintain the Mawe Lodges website to ensure it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and search engine optimized.
– Implement features such as booking systems, payment gateways, and customer feedback forms.
– Monitor website performance and web analytics and make necessary improvements.
Digital Marketing and SEO:
– Devise and execute digital marketing plans including email, PPC, and SEO.
– Assess and report on the reception of digital marketing efforts and modify strategies to achieve marketing goals.
Project Management:
– Manage IT-related projects to be delivered within specified timelines and budgets.
– Coordinate with outsourced vendors and service providers for IT solutions and services.
Training and Development:
– Train staff in IT systems, software applications, and digital tools.
– Stay updated with technology developments and recommend ways to enhance productivity.
Compliance and Security:
– Align company’s IT practices with regulations and best practices.
– Implement strong cybersecurity measures to protect company data and digital assets.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
– Extensive experience in managing an IT department with strong skills in graphic design, social media management, and web development.
– Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite; web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; and CMS platforms like WordPress.
– Solid understanding of SEO, digital marketing, as well as social media analytics tools.
– Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
– Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
– Innovative mindset and keen attention to detail.
