TIME PERIOD: 6 Months (Dec 2022 – May 2023)

Minimum Requirements

Intermediate Excel skills
Fluency with PowerBI
Communication skills – written and verbal

Bachelors Degree (Commerce or Supply Chain/Logistics majors preferable)

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Ola sales teams. These will include claims validation and processing, Masterdata support for UL customer creation, and support on distributor management

Claims Support

Review & resolve claims in PEGA (the software tool used to manage claims). These will include Pricing claims, Quality claims, Damage claims etc.
Claim validation against internal promotional records
Allocation of SAP agreement numbers for payment and settlement purposes
Attachment of relevant POP to PEGA before submission
Reviewing invalid claims with the Sales Managers and Order-To-Cash (O2C) team
Communicate the status of claims with the Sales teams

Support the controlled movement of freezer cabinets between warehouses and stores using the COM (Cabinet Operations Model) software system
