Key Responsibilities
โข Site Measurements & Valuations
โข Tendering & Procurement
โข Cost Monitoring & Control
โข Contract Administration
โข Financial & Progress Reporting
โข Risk & Compliance Management
Key Qualification
โข Bachelor’s degree in Building Economics or Quantity Surveying
โข Registered with Architect and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board (AQRB)
โข Minimum of 3 years of working experience in construction works
Working Station: Tabora & Elsewhere in Tanzania and Eastern Africa
