LOCATION: KARATU -ARUSHA.
- RECEPTIONIST-1 POST.
REPORTING TO: RECEPTIONIST SUPERVISOR.
Duties & Responsibilities.
- Great and welcome all guests, assist them with check-in, check-out and maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanors at all times.
- Participate in the room’s inspection before the check in of the guests.
- Answer all company’s phone calls from internal and external.
- Build strong relationships and liaise with all other departments.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service

Education and Qualification.
- Education in hospitality/Hotel industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to handle money.
- High level of personal hygiene.
- Polite and patient.
- Able to work as part of team
