Position: Relationship Manager
Location: Mwanza Branch
Job Title: Relationship Manager
Education: Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or relevant field (masters’ degree or professional certificates are a plus)
Experience: 3 – 5+ years of experience in relationship management and or, banking
Job Responsibilities
• Proven track record in managing high-value customers delivering personalized financial advice and meeting sales and business development targets
• Risk Management and Compliance
• Strong understanding of banking products, services and financial markets
• Collaboration and Cross-Departmental Coordination
• Relationship Management
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
