Job Vacancy: Secondary School Physics Teacher at Dar Es Salaam Independent School
Dar Es Salaam Independent School, with registration numbers S. 2544 and DS/02/7/037, is seeking qualified candidates for the following vacancy for the school year 2024/25:
Position: Secondary School Physics Teacher (IGCSE & AS/A-Level)
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education.
- Prior teaching experience with the Cambridge Curriculum (IGCSE & AS/A-Level Physics).
- Experience in Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE).
- Proven experience teaching Physics within the Cambridge curriculum, particularly at the IGCSE and A-Level stages.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Computer skills.
- A degree in/with Education is necessary.
- All certificates must be certified. Foreign certificates should be accredited by the Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU).
