QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience of at least 8-10 years in HR management, preferably in a senior role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Ability to use HRIS
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of leading and developing high-performing HR teams.
