We are currently looking for a construction site supervisor who will be involve in the supervision of contractors and other staff in the field and will oversee the construction activities that occur on the worksite daily. The site supervisor will ensure to oversee and implement construction efforts at work sites and report back to the construction manager.

Duties

• Spotting and addressing potential safety issues
• Enforcing safety protocols on site
• Monitoring worker attendance
• Assessing staff productivity and implementing disciplinary measures if neede
• Ensuring the team’s high quality of work
• Informing company of equipment repair or maintenance
• Meeting with architects and other stakeholders before the project is implemented

• Minimum 4-5 years experience in construction site supervision or related positions
• Previous experience as a site manager
• Clear Criminal Record
• Computer Literate with good data Capturing Capabilities
• Excel proficient
• Highly proficient in English
• Ability to work shifts and weekends
• Payroll background
• Valid Driver’s License & Should have own transport
• Grade 12 /NQF4
