Open Position:
Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical specifications, drawings and project documentation to ensure
  accuracy and completeness.
• Perform structural analysis and design of buildings, bridges, and other civil
  infrastructure.
• Prepare design calculations, reports, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with Tanzania Building Codes. Eurocodes. ACI, BS and
  other standards.
• Utilize design software like Protostructure, ETABS, SAP2OOO, Revit, and AutoCAD.
  Provide expert solutions and review structural designs.
• Collaborate with Technical team, project managers and engineers for seamless
  integration.
• Conduct site inspections, assess feasibility and ensure structural integrity.
  Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and track project progress.

Qualifications, Experience & skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university. Registered Professional Engineer (PE) certification from ERB.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience years of experience in structural design and
  construction.
• Expertise in structural assessments, building codes and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
  working Station: Dodoma & Elsewhere in Tanzania and Eastern Africa
