About The Function

Purpose Of Role
Responsible for running/operating the machinery as well as do regular maintenance on the machines.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver Production at rated speed.
- Capture data and maintain quality standards.
- Responsible for CILT on Own machine (Clean, Inspect, Lubricate and Tightening)
- Adhere to safety and act accordingly.
- Responsible for the proper maintenance and safe operation of all machinery under his/her control.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of Own working area.
- Completion of Shift Hand-over Reports.
- Execution of Maintenance on assigned Equipment.
- Implementation of LOTOTO on assigned equipment (LockOut-Tag-Out-Try-Out)
- Accurately Capturing Short-Interval Control Data on assigned Equipment.
- Ensure 5-Why or RCPS is done on Down times as per requirements on assigned machines’
- breakdowns.
Qualifications And Experience Required
- Full Technician Certificate (FTC) or equivalent
- Experience in Operating & Maintaining Manufacturing Equipment (Preferably Utilities Equipment)
- Demonstrate understanding of Teamwork Principles, Continuous Improvement, Preventive
- Maintenance and Problem Solving.
