- Perform daily functions including Receive, process, and verify invoices (Corporate) and review of branches payables and ensure timely payment
- Review and schedule payments to vendors
- Reconcile accounts payable and Maintain accurate records of transactions
- Manage vendor relationships (resolve disputes and ensure timely payments)
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Assist with audits and inspections
- Provide support to other Company personnel on need basis
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in accounting/Finance or related field
- An excellent written and oral command in Kiswahili and English
- Knowledge of general accounting principals
- Proficient in relevant computer software
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- 2+ years in Finance/Accounting or related field experience
Must have skills
