KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Growth of retail account numbers at branch level
Growth of Personal Loans Schemes and Assets
Deposits Mobilizations activities at branch level
Submission of weekly call reports on retail sales to Branch Manager.
Preparation and submission of weekly sales tracker for branch retail sales
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: NOT MORE THAN 5 OF THE MOST TYPICAL
Recruitment of new customers
Ensuring the new accounts sourced adhere to KYC and AML guidelines
Monitoring of Personal loans schemes PAR at branch level.
Maintain and manage retail client relationship to cross sale and up-sale bank products and services
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
