Applicant Qualifications and Requirements

- Training and Experience: Must have completed driving training from a government-recognized institution such as VETA or NIT and have at least one year of driving experience without causing any accidents.

- Certification: Must possess a certificate from a government-recognized training institution.

- Local Government Endorsement: Must provide a letter of introduction from the local government office (Mtaa).
- Age and Mental Fitness: Must be mentally sound, aged between 25 and 50 years.
- Guarantors: Must provide two guarantors, each with a letter of introduction from a local government office (Mtaa or Kata).
- Work History: Must submit a letter or certificate of service from a previous employer to verify performance.
- National Identification: Must include a national ID or NIDA number with the application.
