RESEARCH ASSISTANTS (RAs)
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related field
- At least 1 experience as a Research Assistant in health system studies.
- Demonstrated experience in collection and handling of quantitative and qualitative data (analysis of such data will be an added advantage).
- Prior experience working with or having interacted with Health Management Systems
- Proven experience using digital data collection platforms
- Ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders professionally.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexible, team-oriented, and willing to travel extensively across different regions of Tanzania.
