About Afyaplus Pharmacy
- Afyaplus Pharmacy – Registered in January 2021, located in Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam. Operates as a retail pharmacy providing medicines and health products.
- AfyaPlus Organization (NGO) – Founded in 2017, works on Water, Sanitation, Hygiene (WASH), nutrition, and women’s empowerment in schools and communities.
- Enzemat Afya Plus (Youth health initiative) – Started around 2014–2016, focuses on tackling Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) such as diabetes and cancer through awareness and screenings.
- Jamii AfyaPlus (Pads enterprise) – A social business producing reusable sanitary pads and promoting menstrual hygiene awareness.
Afyaplus Pharmacy is a retail pharmacy, while the other “AfyaPlus” initiatives are NGOs and social enterprises focused on health, hygiene, and women’s empowerment.
We Are Looking For
Assistant Accountant
Qualifications
- A Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage
- Marketing experience is an added advantage
