Walk-in Agent Job Opportunity – (All Regions, Tanzania)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer care at shop level.
  • Handle customer queries and provide first-level support.
  • Promote and sell telecom products & services.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Achieve sales and service delivery targets.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced-Level Certificate (Diploma preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in Customer Care, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office and digital tools).
  • Willing to travel in the field.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Professional, discreet, and results-driven.
