Walk-in Agent Job Opportunity – (All Regions, Tanzania)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer care at shop level.
- Handle customer queries and provide first-level support.
- Promote and sell telecom products & services.
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Achieve sales and service delivery targets.
Qualifications:
- Advanced-Level Certificate (Diploma preferred).
- Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in Customer Care, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Computer literacy (MS Office and digital tools).
- Willing to travel in the field.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional, discreet, and results-driven.
