Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the group-wide commercial strategy aligned with corporate objectives
  • Lead market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business development initiatives
  • Identify and evaluate new revenue streams, partnerships, and expansion opportunities
  • Oversee sales, marketing, and customer experience functions across business units
  • Drive top-line growth through innovative pricing, product positioning, and channel optimization
  • Monitor and improve commercial KPIs including market share, customer retention, and profitability
  • Harmonize commercial operations across FMCG, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Retail
  • Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and operations to ensure efficiency and alignment
  • Champion digital transformation and data-driven decision-making across functions
  • Build and lead high-performing commercial teams with a focus on innovation and accountability
  • Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Mentor senior commercial leaders to ensure succession planning and talent development

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years progressive leadership experience in commercial roles, preferably across multiple industries
  • Proven track record in revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, B2B and B2C dynamics, and emerging market trends
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
