Phillips Pharmaceuticals (T) Limited is hiring a Business Development Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this role include:
- Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities.
- Developing and implementing new business strategies.
- Organizing and coordinating schedules for all Medical Representatives.
- Assisting Medical Representatives to meet and exceed planned objectives.
- Maintaining product portfolios and reaching monthly and yearly sales targets.
Job Qualifications
The qualifications for this position are:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Human Science from a recognized institution.
- At least 5 years of work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisor role.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals market dynamics and regulations.
- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
