Service Planner (Hygiene) Pinetown Job Vacancy at Rentokil Initial – South Africa
Description
To ensure that a professional and quality service is rendered to our clients at all times by ensuring that all services are completed on time and in accordance with Company policy. Preference will be given to suitable applicants in line with the Company Normalisation Policy.
- Zoning, routing and planning of contract and job work
- Liaise with customers to book initial and subsequent treatments and installations
- Ensure that all work due is completed every month
- State of service monthly verification and maintenance
- Capture technicians daily worksheets
- Monitor productivity daily
- Monthly card audit
- Maintain filing system for service cards and work lists
- Complaints – all staff are expected to deal with complaints in a professional manner and within 48 hours of receiving the complaint.

- Must be customer focused / orientated – both external and internal customers
- Ability to identify customer needs and solutions
- Display initiative / be proactive
- Have integrity / be reliable
- Self-confident / assertive
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
- Lateral thinker
- Organisation and planning skills
- Problem solving / solution driven
- Service Planning Experience Advantageous
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- Computer literate – MS Office
- Good numeracy skills
- Good knowledge of Rentokil mainframe
