We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our trusted partner, a well-established advertising company in the US that is looking to build a team in the Europe timezone. This is a remote position available worldwide.

Salary Range: $40,000 – $50,000

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and play a very important role in the overall company’s success by overseeing the entire order lifecycle. This includes taking new orders, gathering their customers’ requirements, and attending to their enquiries. The preferred Customer support specialist will be responsible for collecting and delivering precise information from the customer to our team members that are responsible for the completion of the project. This requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and time constraint while ensuring excellent customer service.

As a Customer Support Specialist, your role will include:

  • Liaise with other departments within the company as required in order to ensure accurate responses are provided to both customers and team members.
  • Ensure any required actions are quickly and accurately taken relating to the nature of the correspondence.
  • Ensure all required systems are kept updated with details of the customer’s correspondence, such as the input of new order information, and payment arrangements are executed properly and accurately communicated to the finance team.
  • Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, chat, and email communication with customers, and team members who manage the order completion process.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience, skills and qualification

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree with a decent graduation score
  • Have a minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Support
  • Be quick and efficient
  • Experience in dealing with written correspondence
  • Attention to detail and ability to excel under pressure while working with frequent tight deadlines
  • Accurate Data interpretation
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel (or similar)
  • Excellent English literary skills
