Unicorn Insurance Brokers is hiring two Direct Sales Executives to drive our field operations.

Requirements:

Insurance background and sales experience

Familiarity with SMART Policy and TIRA Portal (added advantage)

Proficient in MS Office

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong knowledge of insurance products and market trends

Compensation:

Transport/Communication Allowance: TZS 50,000 per week

Commission: 5% of sales (paid monthly)
