Job title: Receptionists /Customer Service Agents (4 posts)
Job Description:
We are looking to hire receptionists/ Customer Care Agents to be responsible for greeting and receiving patients. They will be in charge of giving patients instructions, directions to various parts of the Hospital, enrolling patients, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages.
Requirement
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Ability to stay calm & maintain a professionalism when clients are stressed or upset.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 2+ years Proven working experience in a related field.
