Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Lockton Insurance located in Dar es-Salaam. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting risk assessments, analyzing insurance data, preparing reports, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in account management and customer service
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Certifications in insurance or risk management are a plus
