ACCOUNTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION  

The Accountant Intern will responsible for supporting the finance department in day-to-day  accounting operations. This role ensures accurate financial record-keeping, assists in financial  reporting, and supports.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Record and maintain accurate financial transactions
2. Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
3. Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation
4. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
5. Organize and file financial documents for easy retrieval and audit readiness
6. Support internal and external audit processes
7. Carry out any other accounting-related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS: 

The ideal candidate for this role should have

• A minimum education required is at least a Degree in Accounting, Finance, and any other  related field.
• Proven work experience as an Accountant for not less than 2 years
• Proficiency in accounting software especially tally and quick book
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines
