POSITION: ACCOUNTANT
Key Responsibilities
-. Manage and maintain accurate financial records and accounts
• Prepare and process monthly financial statements
• Handle general ledger entries and ensure accurate documentation of transactions
• Oversee petty cash management and expense tracking
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax documents
• Prepare financial reports and budgets
• Utilize QuickBooks for efficient financial management
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-3 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of financial reporting principles
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced financial environment Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis capabilities
• Ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial staff
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (added advantage)
