Job Overview
We are looking for someone with a passion for the outdoors, small animals and bird life to join our team as an Activities Adventure Guide on Dolly Estate, Usa River
If you are looking for a change of scenery, not wanting to spend long periods at a time away from home? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you
Skills and Requirements
- A passion and knowledge for the outdoors, small animals, birds, flora and fauna
- Local knowledge of the area and Tanzanian culture and heritage
- Guest orientated with a friendly energetic attitude
- To take guests on guided activities such as guided educational walks, mountain biking, regenerative farm visit etc
- Excellent communication in the English language and enjoy interacting with guests
- Able to promote trips and activities
- Airport transfers and other driving the company where needed
- To go above and beyond to create memorable moments for the guests
- Ensure health and safety is always adhered to e.g wearing bicycle helmets, not speeding in a vehicle etc
- Be creative and come up with new ideas and activities where needed
- Willing to work as part of a team and help in other areas of the operations as needed
- Positive attitude is a must
Additional Notes:
This role is particularly attractive to candidates who have previously worked in remote locations and are looking for a luxury experience closer to home. Candidates should be passionate about providing an elite level of customer service and should be enthusiastic about working in a unique, luxurious setting.
