About the Role
You Properties Development Ltd is seeking a proactive Administrative & Property Support Officer to support the Chief of Operations and provide assistance in managing day-to-day administrative tasks and property-related coordination. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a highly organized individual looking to build a career in real estate, construction, or executive support.
Key Responsibilities
πΉ Executive & Administrative Support
Manage the Chief of Operationsβ calendar, meetings, and basic correspondence.
Assist with filing, documentation, and general office management.
Organize internal and external meetings, site visits, and logistics.
πΉ Property Coordination
Support in tracking project timelines, updates, and basic property records.
Liaise with site staff or tenants where applicable and support follow-up tasks.
Maintain records related to ongoing projects and rental/asset tracking.
πΉ Communication & Coordination
Act as a point of contact between the Chief of Operations and other teams.
Help manage communication with clients, partners, and vendors.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism in all dealings.
Who We’re Looking For
A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Property Management, or related field.
Maximum 1 year of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
Basic familiarity with construction or real estate environments is a plus.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).
Organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to adapt and take initiative in a fast-paced setting.
