Agency BD Manager Job Vacancy at Boomplay
Position Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Agency BD Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Recruit agents and hosts in, train hosts systematically, and be responsible for the income of the agents and hosts
- Refine host operations based on data analysis;
- Maintain relationship with agents and responsible for the revenue of market
- Build BD team as BD manager
- Plan agency activities and responsible for the result of activities.
Qualifications
- Sales experience is a plus, deeply understand user demands and psychology.
- English can be used as working language
- Understand the characteristics of Africa culture and be good at communicating with Africa users;
- Have an excellent team spirit
- good at communication and feedback.
- Flexible mind, strong sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, and a certain degree of stress resistance
- Be responsible for the results of the work.
