- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Airbnb platform and OTA (Online Travel Agency) operations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic accounting and financial reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult guests tactfully.
- Tech-savvy; proficient in PMS (Property Management Systems), Excel, and booking platforms.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
