Position: Assistant Accountant
- Requirements:
- Minimum of a diploma in Accountancy (A Bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage).
- At least one year of relevant experience, preferably in a microfinance institution.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support in day-to-day accounting operations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations.
- Maintain proper financial records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Provide support during audits and other related assignments.
- Placement: Immediate
Position: Human Resources Officer
- Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Sound knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare.
- Maintain HR records and manage the employee database.
- Assist in performance management and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Handle employee relations and provide HR support across departments.
- Placement: Immediate
