Qualifications Required
- Proven experience as a bread baker and pastry chef in a commercial kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Creative flair and attention to detail in pastry design and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
