Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 100,000 TZS per month
Training: A one-month unpaid training period will be provided. Meals will be included during this period.
Role Summary:
Monica Cakes and Events is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Bakery Cleaner/Keeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within our bakery, ensuring a hygienic and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness of all bakery areas, including the main office.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all baking tools and equipment.
- Organize and properly store all kitchen tools and equipment.
- Ensure all hygiene and food safety standards are consistently met.
- Manage the timely preparation of meals as required.
- Maintain a well-organized and presentable workspace.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail.
- A proactive and hardworking approach to tasks.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
