We are looking for the following professionals:
Monica Cakes And Events Company is looking for a Supervisor to fulfill the following duties;
1. Plan and organise the production, storage and dispatch of bakery products.
2. Ensure that Health and Safety requirements are maintained.
3. Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and guidance
4. Keep up to date with new products and baking techniques
5. To Order ingredients, equipment and supplies.
6. Manage staff rotas and holidays
7. Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
8. Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance procedures
Bakery Supervisor Requirements
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to manage stock and ordering
- Hands-on experience with baking equipment
- Experience of 1to 2years in the same field of work
- Work hours Start: 07:00am end 06:00pm
- Salary : Tshs 250,000/=
- Free Day:Tuesday
- Lunch&Breakfast: at work
- Monthly movement Allowance at work: Tshs 70,000/=
