Join our team in Njiro, Arusha as a Bar/Front of House team member, where
you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing excellent
customer service and addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.
* Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth
arrival and departure process.
* Utilize cocktail-making skills to craft delicious drinks for guests and
maintain a well-stocked bar.
* Develop weekly specials, drink menus, and promotions to enhance guest
experience and boost sales.
* Handle sales transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
* Host games, events, and happy hours to foster a lively and enjoyable
atmosphere for guests.
* Conduct general banking activities on a weekly basis.
* Ensure regular stocktakes are conducted and maintain adequate inventory
levels.
* Assist guests with booking safari tours and processing payments.
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the bar and communal areas, adhering
to hygiene standards.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in bartending and/or front-of-house roles, with
cocktail-making skills preferred.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and
outgoing personality.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Creativity and initiative to organize events and promotions to engage
guests.
* Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as
required.
