Bravo Coco Beach Limited is currently looking for a passionate and experienced professional to fill in the Bar Manager position.
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are hiring an experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar operations at Bravo Coco Beach. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, knowledge of beverages and bar operations, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the bar.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily bar operations and staff.
- Monitor stock, orders, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
- Handle customer service and complaints.
- Drive sales and profitability.
