Head Chef
Bravo Coco Beach Limited is currently looking for a passionate and experienced professional to fill in the Head Chef position.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Head Chef is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation, managing the culinary team, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and creating innovative menus that meet customer expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, design, and update menus according to seasonal availability and customer preferences.
- Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high performance.
- Ensure food preparation and presentation meet quality and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory, control stock, and place orders as needed.
- Manage kitchen budget, control food costs, and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with management to enhance customer satisfaction and dining experience.
- Develop and introduce new recipes to keep the menu innovative and competitive.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints related to food promptly and professionally.
