Security Controller
Bravo Coco Beach Limited is currently looking for a passionate and experienced professional to fill in the Security Controller position.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Security Controller is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and ensuring the safety and security of company premises, staff, and assets. This role involves supervising security operations, managing security personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety policies and regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and control security operations on a daily basis.
- Supervise security guards and ensure adherence to duty schedules.
- Coordinate access control and visitor management.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Report and document security breaches, accidents, or unusual incidents.
- Ensure CCTV, alarm systems, and other security equipment are functioning properly.
- Conduct regular security patrols and spot checks.
- Liaise with management and law enforcement when required.
- Train and guide security personnel on safety and security procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and regulations.
